January is sanctity of human life month & we collect donations for the Clarity Clinic of Dubuque, IA.  The Clarity Clinic is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization that helps men and women with life's questions, choices and consequences of sexual activity. During February we participate in the ‘Taste of Galena’ which is a fundraiser for the Arts & Recreation Center.  You may visit their site at www.galenaarc.org and see all the wonderful activities and programs they have to offer your family.

 March we team up with Tyler's Justice Center to fill their wish list, monetary donations are welcomed.  Supplies and donations can be dropped off at the restaurant.  Tyler’s Justice Center aids in minimizing the trauma during the investigation, prosecution and treatment of children who have been sexually and physically abused. St. Patrick’s Day come and enjoy Slow Roasted Corn Beef and Cabbage with all the fixings.

 April is sexual assault & awareness month.  We collect donations for Riverview Center which offers prevention techniques & counseling for individuals who have been assaulted/abused.  For every dollar we collect we match $.50  For more information on the Riverview Center visit their site at www.riverviewcenter.org. Good Friday enjoy an All You Can Eat Fish Fry form 4 to 9 pm.

 In May; the week after Mother’s Day, moms will receive $5.oo off their Dinner Entrée when they share with us a picture of themselves with their child/children. 

 In June; the week after Father’s Day, dads will receive $5.oo off their Dinner Entrée when they share with us a picture of themselves with their child/children.

 In July,  every Wednesday we will be donating 50% of all our dessert sales to the Maria House / Teresa Shelter of Dubuque IA, monetary donations are welcomed.  They assist women needing emergency / transitional housing for reasons other than domestic violence.  For more information on the Marie House / Teresa Shelter visit their site at www.openingdoorsdbq.org.

August is my birthday month so I’ll be giving you $10.00 in gift certificates for every $50.00 you purchase.

November we donate to Hospice.  Hospice enables a terminally ill person to remain at home during their last days.  In addition they offer support to the entire family with social & religious services as well as grief counseling.  We support both Northwestern IL and Dubuque, IA, monetary donations are welcomed.

 During December, every time you dine with us enter yourself in our drawing for one of four $10.oo gift certificate.
